Although the boys from the Academy were in front early, the home team equalised immediately afterwards. Despite Almería tried their very best to break the deadlock, the final score remained the same (1-1).

Regarding Almeria U-14s ‘A’, who played their game at Ciudad Deportiva de Los Angeles, contributed the second win of the weekend to the Almeria lower-ranked sides’ results. Hugo Marín’s brace and Andrés slamming in the third inspired their team to an impressive 3-1 victory over adversaries Ciudad de Granada.

There was one more draw recorded over the weekend by Almeria U-14s ‘B’. It was an all square game. The boys from Almería played a complicated match last Friday during the rainstorm. The Rojiblancos sought to get ahead, but found no net taking on well-organised rivals. The final whistle confirmed the goalless draw.
