The tickets that Málaga CF had made available to UD Almería season-ticket holders for the match between the two Andalusian teams next Sunday, 21 December sold out very quickly due to high demand.
The geographical proximity, UD Almería's performance in LaLiga Hypermotion despite their recent defeat to Burgos CF and the afternoon kick-off time all contributed to the high level of interest.
The tickets, which could be purchased online, were priced at €20 and season-ticket holders had until Wednesday at 2pm to buy them, but they will not have to wait until that deadline.
Once the tickets have been booked, they will be sent to the fans via the email address they registered on the 'season ticket holders' platform when they purchased their season ticket for the current 2025/26 season.
