A capital increase approved for the value of Turki Al-Sheikh's contributions
U. D Almeria holds a new Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which agrees to this economic initiative.
The UD Almería SAD has held a new Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in which it has approved a capital increase in the company contributed by the new owner and president of the club, Turki Al-Sheikh.
This Meeting, the second one that took place this week after the one held last Monday, has helped as a follow-up of the previous one in which the recognition of an existing credit provided by the owner Turki Al-Sheikh was approved. This personal contribution was made by the largest shareholder of the entity to increase the salary cap of the team in order to carry out the signings that were made before the end of the last summer’s transfer market.
Now, the money from that previous credit, has become a share capital increase, which means a huge step forward of Turki Al-Sheikh.
