5-4: UD Almería coaching staff beat sports press

UD Almería head coach Rubi also led his team to victory in a friendly game against a side made up of journalists who usually cover the information of the Rojiblanco Club

The UD Almería coaching staff beat a team made up of journalists who usually cover the Rojiblanco Club's sports information 5-4 in a game played in the Stadium and that was organised for Christmas, although it had to be delayed over the Spanish Cup tie that the Indálicos played against Sevilla FC amid the Christmas holidays. 
 
The UD Almería coaching team was made up of coaches, members of the medical services and kit men, while the other team 'Plumillas' was formed by journalists from 'Diario de Almería' newspaper such as Paco Gregorio Navarro, Aarón Martínez and Rubén Rozas. Along with them, UD Almería content and official media director Carlos Felipe López, 'Marca' journalists Antonio Martínez, Nico García and César Vargas. 
 
Rubi led his team with Jaume Torras, Manel González, Diego Tuero, Joan Ferrer, Ricardo Molina, Víctor Fortes, Sebastián Jiménez, Juan Ventaja... Joao Gonzalves was the referee. The UD Almería coaching staff took the lead until and scored until they achieved  a resounding 4-1 victory, but the journalists reacted and staged a great comeback until Rubi managed to put the game to bed 5-4. The press team's goals were scored by César Vargas, who grabbed a 'haul.'
