1-4: UD Almería Women lose to Madrid CFF C when reduced to 10

The Rojiblancas equalised through a penalty goal in the 45th minute but were clearly dominated by the hosts from the Spanish capital in the second half

UD Almería Women were defeated on their visit to Madrid by a resounding 4-1. The hosts from the Spanish capital took the lead in the 19th minute, but the Rojiblancas managed to tie in the 45th minute with a penalty. However, the Madrid-based girls side dominated thoroughly over the second half as they extended their lead until the final 4-1.

The Indálicas tried their hardest at all times during the second period, yet efforts were not enough to match the intensity and pace that Madrileñas imposed.

UD Almería Women blamed it not only for having played so many games in a row, including the Queen's Cup tie, in such a short time, but also for being reduced to 10 on the pitch. Rocío Molina was sent off following two yellow cards as well as Carla's dismissal as she was red carded.
