2-6: UD Almería Women thrash Levante UD Women C in goal fest

What a great way to clinch the first victory away from home and return to winning ways! UD Almería Women reigned superior against their rivals from the Valencian Community at all times as they put in a battling performance full of grit and determination.
We have already mentioned in the match preview that the Rojiblancas felt more motivated than ever to achieve their first away victory, and we could soon see it with Angela Moreno's early opener, the first of the four goals she added to her goal tally. Before half-time that lead increased to 0-2 and in a eventful second half, with 6 goals, the final score was 2-6.
Ángela Moreno was unquestionably the match MVP after grabbing a sensational poker, two goals netted in the first half and then another two in the second period to make it 0-4. Levante UD Women 'C' tried to worry the Indálicas and in the 64th minute, they pulled one back (1-4), from a penalty, but UD Almería Women didn't let them cheer up and in the 84th minute, the score was 1-5. A couple of minutes later, the home side closed the gap again and made it 2-5, however, in the 90th minute, Tejedor shone to make the final 2-6 of a goal fest that ended with the three huge points in the bag for the Indálicas.
