1-2: UD Almería Women achieve 10th consecutive game without losing
The Rojiblancas came back from behind in the match against Alhama CF B Women with goals from Jessi and Fátima, and continue to extend a string run of form
UD Almería Women have now recorded their tenth consecutive game without losing, but this time they have achieved victory after two weeks without doing so. Alhama de Murcia began to take the lead with an opening goal in the 20th minute, however, the Indálicas did not give up and turned the score around with goals from Jessi and Fátima.
During the first half, the hosts managed to keep up the pace of the game, but without engineering great scoring opportunities. However, despite not creating much danger, in the 20th minute, the first goal of the match would arrive. From there, the match entered a phase without much action and with interruptions, so much so that until practically the 70th minute there were hardly any clear opportunities. Just in that minute, Carla already warned with a thumping shot that went just over the rivals' goal, but in the 81st minute, that warning would be real and Jessi, with a stunner from the edge of the box, managed to tie.
This leveller greatly encouraged the Rojiblancas, who began to create danger against an Alhama de Murcia team that defended perfectly. The UD Almería girls were not going to give up and in the 89th minute, almost on the verge of stoppage time, Fátima turned the score around, and thus giving UD Almería the tenth game in a row scoring points. A spectacular streak.
