1–2: Another home setback for UD Almería 'B' against CD Estepona
The UD Almería Academy prospects make it 7 without a W as visitors show greater belief to claim the points
UD Almería 'B' suffered another league defeat, this time on Matchday 31 in Group IV of the Segunda RFEF, going down 1–2 to CD Estepona at the Anexo. It was their second back-to-back home fixture, but once again the youthful Rojiblancos were unable to get a result. The Almería youth side have already been relegated, while their opponents are battling to avoid the drop.
Although the hosts showed character and looked to take the win, CD Estepona displayed greater belief to claim all 3 points, backed by a travelling group of supporters from the Málaga-based club who never stopped urging their team on. The visitors opened the scoring, but UD Almería 'B' responded well and levelled before the break.
The second half saw chances at both ends, yet it was the away side who struck late on to secure victory.
