1-1: UD Almería Women fail to extend four-game winning streak

UD Almería Women failed to extend their four-game winning streak but they were close to achieving the fifth victory one the spin. It was a highly competitive match from the get go where the touch of the ball in midfield and the lack of vertical football were the highlights. In the second half, Jessi put the Rojiblancas in front inside 68 minutes, but the build-up play led to a tie in the 77th minute. Fátima had a one-on-one match reaching the end of the game, but she didn't hit the target and the game ended all square 1-1.
The opening half saw two teams evenly matched, a glut of collective plays were goal-scoring opportunities were non-existent; Both outfits kept a clean sheet with grit and determination. This style of play would remain like this until practically past half-time. From that moment on, tej Rojiblancas stepped up a gear with more danger.
