1-1: UD Almería 'B' earn late equaliser against CF Lorca Deportiva

UD Almería 'B' salvaged a last-gasp 1-1 draw against CF Lorca Deportiva at the Anexo pitch on Matchday 30. Having already confirmed their relegation mathematically, the game held little at stake for the hosts beyond pride and the desire to return to winning ways. For the visitors, however, the match carried greater significance, as they continue to push for a potential promotion play-off spot while still keeping an eye on the relegation battle with 4 match weeks remaining.

The game unfolded with chances at both ends. UD Almería 'B' looked to take the initiative, but went into the break trailing 0-1. Former Rojiblanco Dani Albiar put the Lorca boys ahead in the 45th minute with a well-taken free-kick.

After the restart, the home side increased the pressure and pushed forward in search of an equaliser, but struggled to break down a well-organised CF Lorca Deportiva defence. Persistence eventually paid off and after a few warning signs, Marciano found the net in the 89th minute to secure a deserved point for the hosts.

Despite their efforts, UD Almería 'B' had to settle for a one-all draw in a competitive encounter at the Anexo ground.
