UD Almería Women earned their first point of the season by surprising Real Betis Balompié, one of the promotion contenders occupying the upper reaches of the table. However, despite this positive result, the gap to safety has increased to 5 points following Cáceres Atlético's victory over CD Guiniguada Apolinario in the Canary Islands. Nevertheless, the draw offers grounds for optimism, with the Indálicas now set to play 2 consecutive home matches against opponents in the lower half of the table.
