1-1: UD Almería B earn hard-fought point in electric derby against Poli Ejido
The Academy graduates managed to take the lead in the 76th minute thanks to Rachad's wonderful opener, but conceded the equaliser in the last stoppage-time play of the match
UD Almería 'B' were unable to achieve victory in the electric Almería derby against Poli Ejido after conceding the visitors' equaliser in the 90'+5 minute. There were two evenly-matched sides in action until, in the 76th minute, Rachad's opener put his side in front, however, the Ejidenses did not give up and right at the end of the match, they tied the game.
Despite the fact that Poli Ejido started the first half with no hang-ups, soon overcame the UD Almería'B' pressure and showed their superb ability to create chances. The Rojiblancos also had their opportunities, but without creating dangerous situations.

The second half was pretty similar to the opening one as both groups exchanged chances. The El Ejido side, who had finished the first half better, started the second period the same engineering plenty of chances, however, the youthful Rojiblancos knew how to hold on and in the 76th minute, Rachad fired home the opener with a header, after a cross from Valen (0-1).
After this goal, the hosts bossed the game near Bruno's goal in the attacking third forcing him into great saves. The lads of Almería held on until the 90'+5 minute in stoppage-time when Poli Ejido managed to tie the game and earned a hard-fought point courtesy of Toni Badia's leveller.
