0-0: Almeria Women cornered the leaders in an epic goalless match
The rojiblancas deserved the victory against Betis B, but were not lucky in finding the net
The UD Almería Women bagged a point after an epic nil-all draw with the leaders of the pack, Betis Women B, who remain undefeated in the competition. The match was played on a cold and rainy afternoon in Benahadux. The rojiblancas contenders did their best and put all their energy on the pitch in an attempt to get the victory. However, it has not been possible to roll the ball into the opponents’ net after creating numerous chances. Almeria were superior and cornered the current leaders of the competition.
Almeria Women: Andrea, Eva, Vanesa, Esther, Chelo, Mati, Ana, Mireya, Lucia, Nadia and Fatima. Rocío, Cristina and Gabriela also played.
Real Betis Balompié: Celia, Luisa, María, Candela, Nerea, Lucía Ramos, Julene Luci, Laura, Cortes and Rocío. Úrsula, Bárbara, Méndez and Alba also played.
