What a calendar madness!

Almería set to play weekly games until December. 13 meetings in 4 weeks just before Christmas

Almería are immersed in a hectic, demanding competition calendar, and the campaign will continue like this for two more months until Christmas. In point of fact, the Rojiblancos have a total of thirteen games ahead of them until December. Four weekday games on top of the nine that they will play on Saturdays and Sundays.

Almería will have to face five encounters in a fortnight. This Saturday, they are hosting in-form Fuenlabrada at the Mediterraneo; the players will be travelling to Castellón (7:00 p.m. Spain Time) on Wednesday, 28th October and next, on Sunday, 1st November, it will be time to return to action on home turf against Girona (9:00 p.m. Spain Time). These last two fixtures will be broadcast live on free-to-air Gol TV.

On Thursday, 5th November, the postponed matchday 1 fixture of the second-tier championship is taking place in Sabadell, while the following weekend, possibly on Sunday, 8th November, the Rojiblancos will be playing in Vallecas, one of the 21 districts of the Spanish capital city, Madrid.

Almería will have a short break from then on since the next two games against Mirandés, at the Juegos Mediterraneos stadium, and at Carlos Belmonte against Albacete, will take place at weekends, but then, the midweek appointments will be back: Almería vs Tenerife (25th November) and Almería vs Mallorca (2nd December). The men in red and white will complete their 2020 fixtures list with three more matches against Alcorcón, Málaga and Espanyol, on 6, 13, 20 December. Fixtures are coming think and fast indeed.
