Rojas, attacking skills for Almeria ‘B’

The Cuenca-born footballer, who can play as a winger and forward, moves from the Atlético de Madrid Academy and signs until 2025

The UD Almería ‘B’ team have been reinforced with the arrival of Carlos Rojas from the Atletico Madrid Academy, a footballer who will bring attacking skills to the squad. He is a versatile player who not only can operate as a winger but also as a forward. He is 19 years old and signs until 2025.

Even though Carlos Humberto Rojas Mosquera (18 April, 2002) was born in Cuenca, the youngster is of Colombian descent. In football terms, he captured the attention of the Levante UD lower ranks before joining Atlético de Madrid U19. He debuted in third tier Segunda Division ‘B’ with the Colchoneros ‘B’ team, join training along with the first team and was called up to Spain U19.

UD Almería and the promising attacker join their paths with a deal that lasts until the end of the 2024/25 season. He is a new recruit who will follow his well-trodden pathway to professional football within UD Almeria.
